Palominito Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Seesaw protocol interface at seesaw.markets (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Site.

2. Information We Collect

Wallet addresses. When you connect a Solana wallet, your public wallet address is used to interact with on-chain smart contracts. We do not collect private keys or seed phrases.

On-chain data. Transaction data, positions, and order history are recorded on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible. We index this data to display it in the interface.

Usage data. We may collect anonymized analytics data such as page views, feature usage, and error reports to improve the service.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone)
• Private keys or seed phrases
• Financial information beyond on-chain transaction data
• Cookies for tracking or advertising purposes

4. How We Use Information

• To display your positions, orders, and trading history
• To provide leaderboard rankings and statistics
• To improve the performance and reliability of the Site
• To detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized access

5. Third-Party Services

We use Pyth Network for oracle price data. Your interactions with the Solana blockchain are processed by RPC providers. These third-party services have their own privacy policies.

6. Data Security

All interactions with the Seesaw protocol are secured by Solana blockchain cryptography. We implement reasonable security measures for our indexing infrastructure but cannot guarantee absolute security of any internet-connected system.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
